iphone use from uae

Hello. I bought two iPhones 6s in December 2015. I use them in Slovakia in Europe. I did not know that I will not work FaceTime phone. Can you help me?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

Choose your location above. FaceTime is not available on iPhone bought in UAE. Maybe on certain carriers but Im sure it not available on any 😟

No. The government there requires that FaceTime be permanently disabled.

thank you for your information,

I Thought it was my 6s's fault until I checked my sister's 6s and the same thing happened.

Fyi, me and my sister bought the iPhone (6s) at Dubai Duty Free (Airport) while waiting for another flight to Indonesia, and activate it directly at the store

At first I didn't pay attention about the FaceTime things , but then at Indonesia, I want to use it for calling my gf, and I didn't found the FaceTime icon, neither the FaceTime settings also, until I Came to this forum.
