The text that says "Reset security questions" doesn't appear and I can't contact support, help!

I want to reset my security questions because I forgot the answers, my apple account is from when I was very young and I was never asked about these until now. When I try to follow the steps in

"If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support "

what happens is that at step 3, the text saying "Reset security questions" in the picture doesn't appear for me, it just asks me to answer the questions before I can make any changes.


The other option, contacting support, doesn't seem to work for me. My requests can't be completed for some reason and I've tried it a lot of times.


Also there seems to be no "community" fitting for this topic so I guess I'll just post it in a random one.

If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different), the reset of the text is step 3 applies :


If you don't see "Reset your security questions," you don't have a rescue email address and you need to call us for help.


So you will have to contact Support in your country to get them reset.


How are you trying to contact Support ? You are using the link for your country on this page : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security ?

If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html


If that's not working then you've tried clearing your browser's cache and history and tried a different browser ?


When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support

Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID
