Q: app from German itunes store

Can anyone help? grew up between Germany and UK as parents with Nato so I use both iTunes stores. I have a German mobile phone network so I need to get their app but its only on German App store but I am registered with iTunes UK. I have tried on my iPhone and on my PC but all I get is a menu that says change store. I've done this for the past 2 days and getting sick of getting nowhere. Can anyone help? beng bilingual is flipping hard if Apple can't get it right! ta danke

    Hey there Kimla10,

If I understand correctly, you're running into an issue changing the country that's associated with your iTunes Store account. This is most likely occurring because the billing address doesn't match the country, if your billing address is in the UK you won't be able to make purchases from the German iTunes Store.

The article below provides additional information about changing your iTunes Store country and region, which you may find helpful.

    So long.

i thought with all this Cloud about it would be easy. But if I want something off the German app store it diverts me to UK store then UK store diverts me to German store and basically nothing is getting accomplished. I've decided against the Aldi-Talk app but I may need something else at a later date from German App store so would I need to get a German Apple ID?

I am still stumped at this being so hard? Don't get it especially as Apple are always ahead of the game. I guess bilingual customers are a minority or something.

    thanks

    Kim
