Q: airdrop not showing in share tab after updating to el capitan

hi since i updated to OS X El Capitan airdrop is not showing in the share tab when i go to send a file. But i can use it if i open direct and drop the file how can i get it to show up in share tab please help thanks

The resource below explains how to use AirDrop and what to check if you don't see the AirDrop option. Does AirDrop appear in the shared tab for any of your applications? The software manufacturer determines whether or not the feature is offered for their app.
