I rented a movie and now money and movie are gone!
I rented a movie, Itunes took my money and it started to download then stoped. The movie is gone and in order to watch it Itunes wants me to rent it again but I already paid for it!!
It hasn't downloaded into your library (Movies section if using a computer's iTunes ; Videos app of using an iOS device) ? If not then use the instructions on the page that you posted from to contact iTunes Support
