1st gen ipod touch receives error msg unknown error occured 0xE8000002D. Im on Windows 8.1 trying to connect to latest version of Itunes PLease HELP!
Can someone please tell me why o more importantly how to resolve an error msg I received when I try connecting my 1st gen IPOD touch to iTunes?
The error reads 'An unknown error occurred 0xE8000002D'
Frustrating me no end.
Please help!
