Q: Changing border styles on tables

Simple question - is it possible to change the border style on a table on the iOS version of Pages and Numbers? For example, change the line width, the color, the style (solid lines, dotted lines, etc). I know if the change is made on a Mac that the iOS version can display it, but can you do this purely on iOS without the need for a Mac?
