PICTURE/VIDEO MAIL ERROR on IPhone 5

IT appears ever since I changed my apple ID and erased one of my iCloud accounts

I cannot send video or picture mail. I receive a message explaining thst the file is too large

(which I've tested and shortened the content) suggesting I mail drop or try using resending with

iCloud which will be available for 30 days.

Ultimately I am getting this message because Ive supposedly run out of space on my phone (16 GB) and the size of the file exceeds

any limit iPhone is capable of sending.

This may be true but I have the space and have sent this size file before through regular email and that's where my confusion lies.

Can Anyone help with this issue or suggest what I need to do to remedy this situation?

Thank You,

Julesinthensky

Greetings Jules,

When sending an email that includes an attachment, each email service provider may have a different maximum size allowed. You are bing offered to use MailDrop, which allows a larger file to be uploaded to a server and a link to that file sent to the email's recipient. See this help page - Attachments - iPhone
