Can't access to iAdd

Hi,


When i try to access to iAd Workbench i have this message error :


" iAdd network is temporarily unavailable : Sorry: We were unable to locate information relating to your account. Please try again later. If the problem persist please contact us."


I have contact apple support 5 days ago but i have no response.


Can someone help me?

iAd Support replied me like "Please try clearing your cache, opening a new browser and trying again. Please note some portals will not show any information until your app is live on the app store.If you require further assistance please submit your inquiry via iTunes Connect. This will ensure your ticket is routed to the correct content expert."
