Double tap the Home button, then swipe upwards on the Safari preview.
Go to Settings - Safari - Clear History.
Restart Safari.

Jan 2, 2016 8:13 AM in response to nancyhlpnby ChrisJ4203,Correct, it is spam. Do not call, force quit Safari. I believe you start it back on the Mac by using the Shift button, but you can find several posts about this type of thing. If you are using the iPad, which is where you posted this, then after force quitting Safari, go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data. After that, you can start Safari back normally.
