Q: why is it that when i am trying to set up family sharing on my sons phone it will not let me get past the share my location part? it keeps saying that another family member is already sharing this location

i want to set up family sharing on my sons phone but it will not let finish accepting the request. I get all the way to the share my location and it will not let me go any farther
