Jan 2, 2016 4:02 PM in response to turingtest2by JeffB1130,I did not find the settings you mentioned. Under Device manager I found bus controllers, but nothing that said Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. All I found was 3 entries, but nothing with an apple name.

Jan 2, 2016 8:31 PM in response to JeffB1130by dab4t,Full tear down worked.

Jan 3, 2016 9:40 AM in response to turingtest2by JeffB1130,I went through the uninstall but it still was not working. Decided to go through and do it a second time. This time when I looked to see if all the recommended folders were gone I did a search. Found the apple folders this time (wasn't seeing them in the list because I was not signed on as an administrator). This time it worked and I've sync'd all my devises.
Thanks for your help and direction.
