A lot of log files in iOS even when "send data" set to "off"

Dear community!

I have a strange problem with ALL iOS versions. Why iOS creates those strange log files about USAGE OF EVERY F...ING APP??? What the f is going on? Is that a part of Apple privacy policy? When I disable it it stops sending that data and then just stores it on my device and can take up to 500 mb. So, the new Apple policy is to collect user data? Why can't I just stop iOS from creating these log files?User uploaded file
