Is there any way to view Google Docs on Safari? Or is Google Chrome the only way?

Launch Safari, and then select Safari in the menu bar.
Select Clear History... in the drop-down menu.
Select today and click all history from the drop-down menu.
Select Clear History and it should delete all cookies and other website specific data.
If this doesn't resolve your issue, then I would just use Google Docs on Chrome.
