Q: Have a new 6S but cant get it to sync to iTunes on my Mac. Both systems have had system updates (and both confirm it). How can i update iTunes on my phone when it says it has the latest version?

You need iTunes 12.3 or later on your Mac, and your Mac needs OS X 10.8.5 or later to support that version of iTunes.
