I keep trying to use Apple Pay but it rejects my address and gives me an error message. I have checked my address and it is correct. I have edited, deleted, added it again - 30 times and it still errors out. Help!

Which app are you using when this fails? It is likely the app/merchant that is rejecting your address.
I have the same issue with Safari website based shopping cart with an ApplePay option: https://hella-norcal.com/ I think the issue for me is that my Mac OS X Sierra Contacts for me has three addresses. Two of them are incomplete but can't be edited or deleted (I suspect they are sync'd data from other sources). Even though I select the correct complete address in ApplePay and it is the Billing address, ApplePay returns an error on the address.
Is it failing while trying to add a card or failing while trying to use it in a third party app. If it is the latter, which app is it failing in?

I'm in Apple's Wallet, and it does it to every credit card (I have 5 loaded) I try to use, using Apple Pay. My credit cards all work fine in PayPal, and on every website, and at every location I use them, without Apple Pay, so I'm not sure why Wallet rejects my address.
Why does Apple Pay say there is an error with my address, when there isn't?
