Are you having an issue with the password for What's app or the password for the iTunes Store? If the issue is with the iTunes Store, I would suggest going to the Apple ID website to see if you can sign in with your password, or possibly reset your password.
If the issue is with your password for Whatsapp, you would need to contact the software developer to resolve the issue.

To get support for other applications purchased from the Mac App Store, please contact the developer directly. The developer's contact information can be found on the Mac App Store app product page.
