To get rid of your ISP consider turning on the hot spot feature on your iPhone and using the phone as the ISP for the ATV. It may cost a fee but if it can eliminate your home ISP you may end up with a cheaper solution.
Keep in mind that most home ISP's have unlimited data where most mobile ISP's have limited data. If you are streaming movies from your iPhone, maybe this is not an issue for you.

If I turn on my hot spot it will access my ISP again and it is very slow and i can not stream from my iphone .is there away i can stream using the WI-FI router my Iphone and my ATV .I do have purchased the movie downloaded in my Iphone
