Q: Reject Products of Ipad 2?

I already go to the Ibox service centre and they said that they cannot help me. The case is I got this Ipad 2 from a doorprize of my friend's wedding and found out that this is not been able to update either restore (I already try to update this Ipad with 3 different computer and still can't). and so I cannot use this Ipad because its only previewing the Itunes logo.

I got this Ipad BRAND NEW AND PERFECTLY SEALED. I really want to know whether this ipad is a reject product from Apple? Because the Ibox person said that they cannot help me anymore if I got this reject product from Apple, and they also said that Ipad 2 is usualy face this eror situation and I just need to face this, they said that this is my risk (Does Apple really do not have the garranty if I got a reject product?)

Looking forward for the best solutions.

We need more info about how EXACTLY you are trying to setup this new iPad 2.

What type of computer do you use and if you have a computer, does it have the latest iTunes version installed?

If you have a computer, is it connected up to the Internet and are you able to access the Internet?

Do you have Wireless internet access (WiFi)?

Also, to be able to register and activate an Apple product, you need to create an Apple account ID and password.

Also, if this is a real Apple iPad 2 (there are fake Japanese iPads out there), once you get this setup, let us know what iOS version it is running by going into the Settings App under General and in the right hand panel tapping on About this Device.

Do you have an actual Apple Store that you can get to that is not too far away if you do not have everything in place to get your iPad activated?
