Help find my ipad2 offline?
IPad2 offline can not find location, can Apple turn on remotely so I can use "Find my IPad"?

No, sorry. If it is offline there is nothing at all that can be done remotely to it as there is no communication at all with it. You will have to wait until it goes online again, if it ever does, and then you can get a location for it.
