App refund from iTunes
How do I get a refund from iTunes as I accidentally downloaded the Prememe Spotfy App ?
iPad, iOS 9.2

When trying to purchase a program I was somehow redirected right to Evernote without my knowledge. What I thought I was buying was Not Evernote. I have absolutely no use for Evernote and would really appreciate it if I could get a refund of $69.99. Please advise. Thanks again

i refunded an app but i didn't get my credit back...what can I do?
When you contacted iTunes Support they confirmed that you would get a refund ? The refund can take a few days if you used your account's balance for the purchase, if a credit card it might take a week or ten days - if it's been longer than that contact Support again, and include your case number

my son accidentally did the purchase with out my consent.
