Q: I bought a book, where it said English language, but when I downloaded it, it opens in a foreign language. What can I do now?

I tried this link already, but there is no option for iBooks and when I put it in search it does not find it.

When I follow this link, my page does not look like that. I have a list of all my applications and I can select one to report a problem.otherwise it tells me to follow icloud, iTunes or apps and in none I can find iBooks support.
