can't download hulu on apple tv 4

HI

I'm having problem downloading the app "hulu" on my new apple tv 4

Up until yesterday I had the app and it worked fine, then I had to reset the system and now when I try to download

I get

" unable to download app

"hulu" could not be downloaded at this time. "

I've already tried with three different users, and it didn't work with any of them.
