my macbook kept shutting itself off and at point it showed this and turned off automatically. Other times there would be this beep beep sound coming off from my mac after it turned off by itself. I don't know what's going on. Starting to feel like this macbook is gettin into alot of problems after 3 years of usage.

Definitely, you have a hardware issue. Please make an appointment at the Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar and take it in for service. If you are not in the USA or cannot set up an appointment this way, then contact your local Apple Store directly.

it says RAM does not pass a data integrity check. I'm not familiar with computers, what is RAM? Is it serious?
Only if they erase your hard drive. I would make a backup before dropping it off, just in case.
That is the memory in your computer for running OS X and all your applications. So, yes, it's pretty serious if the RAM is failing. The computer will not work without the RAM (Random Access Memory.)
