Q: itunes does not recognize my ipod

I upgraded to Windows 10 but now ITunes does not recognize my ipod. I run the run diagnostics and it says No iPod, iPhone, or iPad found.

- I would start with

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
- New cable and different USB port
