Keychain Login renamed keeps asking for password on reboot

Hi I've been getting a request for my KeyChain Login renamed 2 password after I restart my computer. It works, but using an old password.

I just completed a clean install of OS X 10.11.2 and then a restore from time machine, and the problem is still there. Any ideas?

I could delete the keychain login_renamed_2 but I hate to do it, it has so many passwords stored in it.

I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks

Does following what OS X: Keychain Access asks for keychain "login" after changing login password suggests help?
