Im trying to download pictures from my mac to my iPhone

I got my iPhone reset today at the apple store and before they did that they imported all my photos to my mac. Im trying to download them back onto my phone now off of iTunes but, it won't download them to my cameraroll, its just creating its own albums of photos that say "from my mac" and it won't let me edit or delete them. Its as if they're not really on my phone.
