Q: Unable to Authorize
I had an old Windows pc which broke before I could deauthorize it. Now I have a new laptop and I installed iTunes on it, but I'm unable to authorise it, because in the section on my account where it says 'Computer Authorisations' it says ' one computer is authorised to play content purchased with this Apple ID' Can someone tell me what to do.

See Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support.
You can use the deauthorize all command to remove the old authorization if you wish. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device if you no longer have access to your library or a backup of it.
