my new iphone will not upload my music and ringtones AGAIN ... very frustrating

This will be the 3 time that i get a new iphone and my music and ringtones do not transfer .... and I cannot upload them from the purchase history either.... and the other recommendation that a community member gave STILL did NOT fix the problem ... I have emailed apple and I have yet to receive an answer this is just tooo much and very frustrating with all the $$$ i have put into here 😟
