Q: my new iphone will not upload my music and ringtones AGAIN ... very frustrating

This will be the 3 time that i get a new iphone and my music and ringtones do not transfer .... and I cannot upload them from the purchase history either.... and the other recommendation that a community member gave STILL did NOT fix the problem ... I have emailed apple and I have yet to receive an answer this is just tooo much and very frustrating with all the $$$ i have put into here

Can someone please help

Did you saved the purchased Ringtone(s) onto you computer iTunes?
Purchased ringtones can be downloaded once only, if you didn't saved it on your computer iTunes, you cannot re-download for free.

I used my last backup from my 5s everything came back except the music and ringtones and I always back everything up to my computer but the music ALways seems to disappear ......
