How do I remap mouse button 4 to Control-Tab

I have a logitech mouse with the wheel-left and wheel-right being mouse 4 and 5. How do I remap one of these to bring up the application chooser that is normally displayed with Control-Tab.

I know it can be done as it is that way in my admin account. I have no idea what I did to activate this. I have had a couple of keyboard remapping tools over the years but none are installed at the current time.

Thanks

This is not a part of OS X, so... Which model of Logitech mouse do you have? They do seem to have one or two different models of mice, after all. If this is the Logitech M557 for instance, Logitech has a download with the M557 configuration tool available. (That download may even be common across various mice — I didn't check that, and don't know. Check the Logitech docs for your particular device...)

Per the M325 quickstart documentation, that mouse apparently uses a receiver, and there is customization software. Not sure what's going on — Logitech support would be a better resource here — but here's some potentially-related software. I don't see OS X software for this device, and it looks like official Logitech support for OS X with this device is limited. However... available information does point to third-party software that might work.
