The code for text forwarding won't pop up on my ipod
Im trying to set up text forwarding from my iphone to my iPod and the code won't pop up on my iPod. what do I do?

If you're not seeing the SMS forwarding message when trying to set up Continuity between your iPod touch and iPhone, then please follow through the steps in the link below.
Check System Requirements
Make sure that your iOS device or Mac meets the system requirements for Continuity, and for the specific features that you want to use.
Check your settings
Check these settings on your iOS device:
- Make sure that Wi-Fi is on in Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Make sure that your iOS devices are on the same network: On each device, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and compare the network names.
- Make sure that Bluetooth is on in Settings > Bluetooth.
- Go to Settings > General > Handoff & Suggested Apps. Make sure that Handoff is on.
