Thanks for your reply.
I have tried the above in the article, i've even tried turning calendar & contacts setting off and on again, but I think it's a bug with iOS 9.2 as my dad has the same issue on iOS 9.2.

I have tried all the troubleshooting and both accounts are signed into the same account, but I think it's a bug with iOS 9.2 as my dad has the same issue on iOS 9.2.
