I have been invoiced for a book I cannot download

I Have received an invoice for a book I cannot download. When I go to the option report a problem, the purchase is not listed. What should I do?

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.2

The book is one that you actually bought e.g. it's not a phishing email trying to get your account and payment details ? If it is a purchase then what happens when you try to download it ?


As well as showing on http://reportaproblem.apple.com it should also show on your account's purchase history (assuming that it's been paid for e.g. it's not a pre-order that's just been released and you don't have a payment method on your account to buy it) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
