Q: iphone 6 plus - simply died while trying to access emails
I need some guidance on how to solve this problem.
I have an iPhone 6 plus only 3 weeks old and I have noticed on and off that the screen for a split second will go blank (that is black screen) when I flick from making calls to messaging. I noticed this happen when I recently upgrade ios to version 9.2.
The problem is now that I cannot turn on my phone. It has full battery life and even if I plug in the power it does not register.
Also I tried to see it will respond to "Find my iPhone" using my ipad. The iPhone does acknowledge and will sound out. However the screen is still black. Once and awhile siri will call out stating "didn't quite get that".
How do I fix this??? It is still under warranty.

Greetings Rose,
It sounds like you have currently an issue with your iPhone's screen being black, but the phone itself appears to be on. Is that correct?
I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Specifically -
If you see a solid color screen (black, white, or blue)
- Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
- Force restart your device while it's plugged in.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Be well.
