Q: I got a new iPhone last week, so far my contacts and stuff from my camera have not sync-ed. I need help!

Last week, my old iPhone 5 took a bath - I got a new iPhone 6. When I was my carrier's store, I could not remember my Apple ID or password correctly. So my contacts didn't sync and I don't have any pictures from my camera from my old phone. This is sad and frustrating.

What do I need to do to sync things up?

Hi! Check these articles and follow the instructions.

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid

After that, set up your phone and restore it from the last backup. You will be prompted to enter your email and password.

As soon as I got home I found my apple ID and password. So I know all of this....I just don't know how to sync things now.
