best way to share photos from iphone to ipad, while overseas with limited wifi

Hi there ! My grandparents are going overseas for a month, and I have set them up with an iPhone. They also have an ipad, and were wondering what the best way would be to transfer photos from the iPhone to the ipad, with very limited wifi. Also baring in mind, they are 72 - so I need something that's simple - as they wont be able to contact me easily to sort any issues out!!

One possibility -- that I have not tried myself -- is the following app. It is well regarded in general but I have not heard any reports from people using the claimed capability to transfer photos between iOS devices via Bluetooth: https://photosync-app.com/photosync/en/features.html#cluster_3

Also note that the above answer is from someone of nearly identical age to your grandparents and that being 72 does not necessarily equate to needing something simple! 😉
