Hello,
Since I've upgrade Photo on Version 1.3 (350.23.0) on my Mac, it's not possible to view my share albums on my stream.
I try to repare the library, it's not working. But when I try to create album and upload photos with my iPad or iPhone, it's working.
How can I fix this problem ?

On your Mac disable My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing in the System/iCloud preference pane
and in Photo's iCloud preference pane.
Reboot and reenable both respectively. That should jump start Photo Stream.
