Transfering ringtone from iphone 4S to iphone 6

i had purchased 2 themes before, I can't find them, so

i logged in to apple store again, want to buy it again and say "I already purchased the tone"

So, the thing is I don't see the ringtone on my phone when i do what you just told me above,

so, if is in the memory, where can i find it?
