The content filtering is done by software on the computers themselves, something that isn't available for iOS I've had a look into iOS' restrictions but as soon as you restrict website content it removes the ability to go into Private Browsing which is what we're wanting customers to use so their usage isn't viewable by the next customer.

There are lots of web browsers in the app store. You can recommend folks use another browser. You can hide safari in some other folder.
Seems to be somewhat contradictory to use private browsing then ban certain sites. Considering what the most popular use of private browsing is supposedly for.
