Q: the apple ID that I used to use it before is unknown for the site now, I can not access my account. what should I do

when I used this link to recover myaccount before but it says : this is not an apple ID.

it doesn't go to next levels to ask me the security questions or sth

and when I use forgot Id the names and email that I enter are not match and the error says:

No Apple ID Found

We cannot find an Apple ID matching the information provided.

I use this https://appleid.apple.com/ to sign in such as always

but now the error says your Id or password is incorrect

so I use forgot password Or ID link below : https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid#!&section=password

when I enter the email it says: the eamil that I entered is not an apple ID.

here I don't know what should do ?

No I don't. I am just using my friend's Id to solve my problem. this one is my friend's cuz I can't access mine.
