one email POP on one device and imap on others devices

Can I setup one email with POP setting for a employe on is PC and the same email adresse IMAP setting on my devices (iPhone, iMac)?

ex: my employe is using "service@domaine.com" on is PC. This email is setup POP on is PC. To track all emails for training purpose, I would like to setup this email IMAP on my devices.

Is this possible? Any conflict or issue setup up the same email POP and IMAP on different devices?

Pop email protocol downloads email to the computer so they are no longer available to other devices accessing the same email account. Use IMAP on all devices using the account in order to sync and see all email on all devices. So your example email account should be set up as IMAP on the employees computer and on your computer.
