Are these two DIFFERENT batteries (CMOS battery AND PRAM battery),
or does the PRAM batteyr = the CMOS battery.
(I already ordered the PRAM battery)

could be a bad hd.
Do you have a cd/dvd to try to boot? Place cd in machine. powerdown. hold down the option key. poweron. wait to you see boot options on screen. Use mouse to select. click on arraw
