I have a windows 5C and I would like to save the pictures to my computer to save them.
And then delete them off my phone.
How can I accomplish this?
Could you please explain in a step by step format.

If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer - Apple Support
Use the lighting cable that your phone came with if possible and plug that into the computer. Unlock your phone and "trust" your computer if prompted. I don't know what version of windows you are using, but in windows 7 and 8 it automatically detected my phone.
