Access to Time Machine from Recovery

hello everyone,

My Macbook Pro was running slow so I decided to reinstall the OS. Now i'm trying to restore my data from my Time Machine (i'm using a WD MyCloud) but I cannot have access to the data! It asks me for Username and Password. I don't remember setting up a username and password for the time machine (actually I followed the instructions and it said to set it up as Guest). Which username and password should I use? the one i'm using to have access to my MacBook or what? How can I restore my data?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

You use the userID/password of the account you use to log onto your Mac.

I tried but it doesn't work!!! I tried the Migration Assistant and it doesn't work, I tried to load other disk with time machine and it cannot find a single disk!!! what should I do to recover the data?

and one more question!!! Is there a chance my data have been erased? If yes is there a way to recover those data?? everything was there and I NEED to recover everything

If you reinstalled the OS without erasing the disk, your data should still be there. Have you tried rebooting normally since you did the reinstall?

to reboot my cloud? I didn't try, the only thing is that till today i could see in other files i had 120Gb, today the time machine crashed and it asked me to restart the synchronization, now I can see only 13gb on other files! Is my old synchronization lost?

Clarification question - you reinstalled the OS. Have you done a normal restart to see if your data is still on the computer?

Where are you seeing this?

Would you make a screen shot so people can see what you are seeing? Make sure you cover any personal information using Preview. Post the screen shot in a Reply using the camera icon or you can drag the screen shot into a reply. Copy and paste doesn't work.
