I have macbook aliminium with osx 10.6.8 and i want to install os x Mavericks, not el Capitan. Where i can download legally and clear os x Mavericks 10.9.5 build?

Apple has removed both Mavericks and Yosemite from the App Store.
All you can do is buy Lion or Mountain Lion or download El Capitan for free.
