Have you tried restarting the phone?

Also, you can try resetting your settings.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
Also, make sure you're connected to the Internet either throgh WI-Fi or cellular network.
Check whether the installing apps is not restricted in the Settings.

Am not able to updates the apps,Its ask me to update the payment section.If the apps are free to update,then why payment to be done.Please reply.
