I need to prove that some one sent me an imessage to my phone.

I understand that you would like to know that someone has sent you iMessages in the Messages app. That is something I can help you out with.
Look at the conversation and tap the Details button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will bring you to another screen that will show the contacts Name as well as calling and FaceTime options. If you tap the button, this will bring up the contact information and you can see the number or email address that was used to send you this message.

See a person’s contact info. In a conversation, tap Details, then tap . Tap the info items to perform actions, such as making a voice or FaceTime call.

If this is a legal matter, you should probably consult with your attorney to find out what proof would be considered acceptable.

Check with your wireless provider and see what options they give you for detailed billing.
