Beyond what Apple has announced publicly, I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you anything about Apple's plans (this is a user-based technical support community). Also, the rules here do not allow anyone to speculate / guess about them either.

You can, for example, wear and use Apple Watch during exercise, in the rain, and while washing your hands.
