Locked out of Mac Book forgot password
Cant access Mac Book, forgot password and cant get help from Apple because they want the Serial Number which I cant access because ..............!! Help please

The serial number should be printed on the label on the bottom of the computer, on the original packaging, and on your sales invoice.

There's multiple passwords that can affect being able to login to the computer. Is it FileVault, firmware, or user account?
