Anyone having trouble with a new Magic Keyboard or Magic Trackpad holding its charge?

Just got a new Mac Mini and purchased the wireless, built in rechargeable Magic Keyboard and Trackpad. Set up on Saturday and today, Tuesday, they need to be recharged. I work all day, so unless the dogs are surfing the net while I'm not home.....they are sitting idle! Any suggestions?
